SERIES 111 & 112
Extra Heavy Duty Drop Forged Steel
with Capacity to 3500 lbs.
STANDARD FEATURES:
  • Swivel load bearing - heavy-duty 4" dia. deep grooved ball raceway, fully machined with 1/2" dia. high carbon high chrome balls. The top plate skirt design insures dust protection of the bearing unit 
  • Secondary load bearing - 1" bore tapered roller bearing unit for perfect swivel head alignment and superior swiveling 
  • Finished in bright zinc plating
  • Top plate and fork base are drop forged steel; top plate is 3/8" thick
  • King pin: 1" dia. king bolt is integrally forged with top plate, UNF threaded with slotted nut arrangement for fine adjustment of swivel movement 
  • Fork legs are 3/8" thick, 3" wide steel, welded inside and out for extra strength 
  • Wheel axle - 3/4"dia. axle, with lock nut

  • Fork leg spacing - 3 1/2" 
  • Lubrication fittings in swivel and wheel axle 
  • Swivel casters provided with 4-position swivel lock slots, for field installation 

    • OPTIONAL FEATURES:
  • 4-position Swivel lock field installed only
  • Brake - factory-installed thumb screw type


Series 111 extra-heavy-duty drop forged casters are built for continuous and punishing service on heavy duty equipment with capacities up to 14,000 lbs. Well-suited for the heaviest possible manually-operated loads, severe shock conditions, and power-driven equipment.
